There are many options available for you to choose from, paying for your handyman services by the hour to setting up a monthly maintenance plan.

UPFRONT BILLING

First and most importantly you will know up front what you will be paying for labor to complete your project before any work begins. You’ll also rest easy knowing there are no up front payments, trip charges or added organization service charges. There is a one hour minimum service charge, however If your project requires only 20 minutes to complete, then we’re happy to stick around the other 40 minutes to fix anything you might need done while we are there. Billing is in 30 minute increments after first hour. We also offer 1/2 and Full Day Flat Rate quotes for specific projects if we finish you project early, you have us for the rest of the day, if we run over hours on your project there are no additional fees.

OUR RATE STRUCTURES

Here are two ways Rockaway Handyman charges their customers.

Our hourly rate of $50.00 per hour, this rate is charged for smaller projects and repairs that generally do not take very long to complete. You can count on utmost efficiency if you take this route and we have the most completive hourly rate in the NYC area.

OPTION 1: HANDYMAN BY THE HOUR

• For that small quick fix list of jobs you need done

• You pay for agreed set number of hours for your project job requests.

• Sit back and relax while all your jobs are completed to your satisfaction

Minimum of 1 hour.

Price will exclude cost of materials unless agreed upon.

OPTION 2: HANDYMAN BY THE DAY

• Send us your project specifics in detail or call Rockaway Handyman directly  (347) 768-2503 and we will determine the most affordable way to complete all of your projects request we offer 1/2 and full day rates.

• For those larger handyman projects we offer detailed estimates set rate pricing depending on the project after we receive your Quick Quote Form of project details we will determine an hourly estimate, once agreed upon, we begin work on your project promptly. 

• Sit back and relax while your project is completed to your satisfaction

• Price will exclude cost of materials unless agreed upon.

OPTION 3: MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PLANS AT DISCOUNTED BUSINESS RATES
