Are you insured?

The local franchisee and craftsmen carry various types of insurance to help protect you.

Do you do background checks on your craftsmen?

The franchisees are asked to perform annual background checks on the craftsmen.

Does your work come with a guarantee?

The work comes with a written guarantee that covers a majority of projects that we do for 1 year.

What if I have to reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule, you can click on the link on the confirmation email you will receive, or you can just give us a call.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

We will always schedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity, depending on craftsman availability and your schedule.
